Coping with life's struggles alone can be overwhelming. I am here to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years experience. I am a trained EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization Response). I view the therapeutic process as the ability to grow and change through one's willingness to seek a more positive existence.
