From coloring and play therapy to exploring the past, challenging beliefs, or sitting with you in your pain--I have a passion for hurting people. I have extensive experience in working with children, teens, and their parents through difficult life circumstances. I provide parent coaching to aid parents in becoming coaches rather than adversaries to their kids. I am Prepare/Enrich certified for couples and have special training in healing the wounds of Sexual Addiction.
I work with a variety of clients, but always incorporate my faith by approaching all individuals with compassion. I believe every person has value regardless of their past mistakes. I offer distinctly Christian counseling for those who desire to incorporate faith into their healing.

Grief Group
For adults who are grieving a loss whether recent or from a long time ago. If you are struggling with loneliness, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, feeling isolated, or unsure how to move past your grief, these might be a good fit for you. Groups are covered by most insurances, and discounted rates are available and these groups are scheduled for weekday evening sessions depending on client and therapist availability.
