I am a licensed psychologist and owner of Informed Therapy Group. I specialize in providing both individual and couples therapy. I use therapy approaches that allow us to work together as we assess factors that may impact your emotional well-being and relationships with others. As your therapist, I take a warm and collaborative approach in helping you to achieve your goals. I specialize in anxiety depression, life transitions, grief, stress and trauma.
While I work with a variety of issues, my clinical passion is working with new parents and couples. Becoming a parent is a very exciting and joyful time but it is also stressful and overwhelming. I have completed Postpartum Support International's training on perinatal mood disorders and use this training to provide quality care to clients.
