This group is for individuals in CO seeking their clinical supervision hours. It is offered in a monthly format virtually. The group is divided into 2 section- theoretical application and strategy building, and consultation. Please inquire directly if you are interested.

Intensive Retreats
Intensive Retreats occur multiple times a year and take place either over a weekend, 3 days, one week, or 10 days. They include holistic healing practices to support deep trauma work, self-discovery, and promote a growth mindset. Retreats are held locally in CO, as well as across the US, and Internationally. Bravely Being
This is a weekly group designed to build a community of individuals on the same path of self-exploration, self-discover, and self-realization. We are all fully capable of supporting our own healing and growth, and having a village adds a layer of strength to the journey. We incorporate psycho-education and strategy building alongside interpersonal connection as a way to enhance your journey towards reaching your higher self. There is currently a waitlist, however if you are interested please reach out.
