I hope to extend a warm, kind, and supportive office environment to help my clients feel comfortable working through personal challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, job stress and other life stressors and changes. In my practice, I use a variety of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Existential and Multicultural approaches.

Counseling is my calling and passion. I have worked with a wide range of individuals from different cultures, ages, and backgrounds. I embrace open-mindedness and diversity. I feel that my role as a counselor is to provide you therapy that is tailored to your own unique experiences.
