Despite our efforts to be present in our daily life, remnants of our past and stress in our day to day can keep us from being fully able to do so. I will work collaboratively with you, valuing your life experiences and input, to achieve a life with an increased sense of satisfaction. I approach therapy from a holistic, integrative, and humanistic perspective seeking to honor each individual story for its uniqueness. My practice specializes in counseling for adults of all backgrounds seeking relief from past trauma or other life altering experiences, as well as a range of other emotional and relational concerns.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, providing weekly individual sessions as well as 3-6 hour extended sessions for trauma recovery to be service on its own or in combination with your current therapy. I utilize attachment theory, neurobiological foundations, and a somatic lens in combination with EMDR. To learn more visit my website.
