You wear a lot of hats in your life and carry the burden of responsibility for your family, for your partner, for your kids, for your colleagues. Over time, all of your hats have somehow softened your voice and have you feeling like you've lost who you are. You do a lot in your life out of duty, but you don't know how to balance that duty with who you want to be and the things you want to do for fun. You often don't know when you can speak up and voice how you are feeling about life. You often feel guilty speaking your truth because you feel like you are committed to being a good parent and partner.

In a world where societal and family expectations keep us from being fully ourselves, I help my clients cut through the noise. I provide tools that empower my clients to become more self-aware, enabling them to reconnect to their truth and navigate the big emotions that come with life’s uncertainties.

I want everyone on this planet to know that they are enough, and that they are worth love. We are all perfect, whole, and complete as we are, and there’s always room to learn and grow. We don’t fail in this life, but rather we are given opportunities that redirect us and serve as learning experiences. I'm ready to dig in and do the work with you.

High School Girls Group

High School Girls Group is a combination of yoga and group therapy for adolescent females. We combine yoga, mindfulness, creative expression and peer support in our unique programs for young women and parents. This is a great fit for perfectionists, pleasers, internalizers, those who see being "emotional" as negative, girls who are feeling alone, unworthy, never good enough or just overwhelmed with life. We're looking for young women who are ready to step into their own power, connect to their highest self and live a life of impact.

Our groups meet 2 hrs weekly, lead by one of our 20-Something’s experts. Each group has a yoga or meditation practice suited for all levels — New to yoga and meditation?
