I don't really have an ideal client. I am willing to work with anyone who is willing to seek help. As stated on my profile for where I practice. "I personally believe that everyone is capable of changing their lives for the better. I believe that in order to change, you have to recognize that changes starts within you. The relationship with yourself is the most important. I aim to assist clients with increasing their relationship with themselves, in order to see the light of change within their hearts."
My therapy is based around each person I see. I utilize their strengths and interests, and cater the therapy to be based around that. Using this, I guide the client through their issues, but look to have them come to the realization of change, as that means more to the individual. This is done with my supervisor Lauren Clark MSSA, LISW-S.
