I am a trauma informed specialist. I am certified in cognitive behavior therapy and EFT/tapping. I have been a professional counselor since 1994. I counsel individuals, children, families, and couples. I teach cognitive behavior therapy and the mind body method of Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT tapping.
