I specialize in, but am not limited to working with: anxiety, body image issues, work/life balance, difficult family dynamics, break-ups, and pre-marital/couples counseling. My framework is specifically tailored to each client's unique needs and is both collaborative and comfortable.

I provide both short term goal oriented therapy, as well as longer term exploration-oriented therapy. I show up with genuine compassion, directness, a sense of humor, and a deep commitment to facilitating lasting change for my clients.
