I have a deep compassion for the pain you’re experiencing and I use a collaborative approach so that we can work together as a team on your healing journey. I truly enjoy working with a wide variety of age groups and populations.
I can help with issues such as depression and other mood disorders, anxiety and fear, grief and loss, trauma, parenting and divorce-related problems, among others. I am trained in Mind-Body Bridging therapy and I emphasize self-care and science-backed mindfulness practices in my therapy.
