Process Group
All adults are welcome in my process group where you will have a chance to both examine and expand the possible ways of relating to others and yourself. This means putting into words any in the moment reactions you have including anxiety, anger, fear, hurt, attraction, guilt, boredom, joy, irritation, humor, love and affection. As the group progresses, you learn to express yourself focussing on your own experience. If you want to grow as a person, a process group is an incredibly alive, authentic and effective catalyst. If you have ever thought about joining a gay men's group for therapy and support, this one can be a place that addresses relationship concerns, self-esteem, body image as well as anxiety & depression. Our group meets monthly between September and June with fall and spring retreats scheduled as part of the group process.
