I am passionate and experienced in helping children, teenagers, and their families overcome life's challenges. I have seen many children and teens struggle to express or articulate their emotions. That’s what I am here for. I find playful ways to help children express their inner world while guiding parents to also be curious to what is under their behavior.
I believe that we can have a better understanding of a child’s needs by taking a closer look at emotional, behavioral, developmental, and societal factors. I favor a collaborative approach and incorporate the most important people in the child’s life. This individualized plan helps to build effective, supportive, and long-term change.
