My approach combines modern psychotherapy with a spiritual perspective. I have experience working with diverse populations with diverse problems, including everything from mild depression and anxiety to Bipolar Disorder and severe psychosis. Currently specializing in the treatment of stress, relationship problems, and men’s issues, I assist clients toward health and wholeness in every aspect of their lives: psychological, physical, spiritual, and relational.

According to lawn care specialists, the best defense against weeds is healthy grass. I believe in a positive approach to counseling which centers around making you more fulfilled and not just less miserable. Together we will explore your sources of deepest meaning to empower you so that you can make desired changes and make progress towards your goals.
