They are exhausted and looking for relief. They struggle with self-criticism and are uncertain if they are just "lazy" or burned out. This is the work that I do. I help clients find the relief they are looking for by increasing self-compassion, strengthening the mind-body connection, and reducing unpleasant symptoms. I create a space where you and your needs are the priority, and we explore those as you get to know your authentic self (sometimes for the first time!).
