I work with adults who are struggling with challenging life transitions, repercussions of traumatic experience, challenges with emotional regulation, relationships, and concerns related to psycho-spiritual development. As a therapist, I have sought to familiarize myself with a wide variety of people and concerns, by working with children, adolescents, adults, elders, couples, and families diverse in background, ethnicity and sexual orientation. I have a unique understanding of the immigrant experience and appreciation for diversity and multiculturalism.
I have trained and worked in a broad array of environments, including community-based and private mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment centers for adolescents and adults, elementary schools, hospital psychiatric facilities, and residential facilities for homeless single adults.
