I have 35 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. In my practice I work to help clients discover strengths and resources to address the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual complications of life. I have clinical expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, abuse and trauma recovery, grief and loss. I also work with couples and families who are experiencing difficult transistions, by encouraging growth in these personal relationships,as well as in both social and spiritual relationships. I hold a deep belief in the unique, individual strengths available within each person.
The current stressors and losses of life can cause symptoms of anxiety and depression, and sometimes bring up past traumas. Working together, we can use these negative emotions and events to help us discover greater resources within ourselves and in the world around us, and find healing.
My practice is located on beautiful Ridge Valley Creek, in a preserved, wooded area of Bucks County. There are trails in the woods, chairs by the creek, and a walking labyrinth for personal reflection and meditation. The beauty and serenity of the land provides a safe, nurturing place for growth.
