The Core Issues group can help. Nothing works like a group of supportive people helping each other out. You're going to experience camaraderie, learn about yourself, and understand your problems in a way that you can actually do something with.
I've participated in my own men's group and have led them for over 10 years. After experiencing the impact it had on my personal and family life, I wanted to make it a focus of the help I provide. Core Issues Men's Group
If you've ever wondered why you do what you do, you aren't alone. Most of us go through our adult lives empty, frustrated, and at a loss in how to be happier and have better relationships. We learn from each other how to be better husbands, fathers, and people. Each week we take on a different topic related to the "5 Core Issues" of relational development. We relate on a deeper level than your average man to man relationship. We take this serious, but not too serious, as there's plenty of room for sharing and laughter.
