They often seek help in understanding their diagnosis and develop coping skills to mange the emotional regulation.
I work through Cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, development of coping skills and understanding how the mind works to help client gain better understanding of themselves and help finding some relief of what may be affecting them.
Through life experience and academic schooling I strive to understand and relate to my client as best to my ability. Each client's dynamics is different, which mean therapeutically I have to be able to change with each and every Client to meet them where they are at in their life, so they can find a path of their own.
