Using an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy, I work with individuals and couples to overcome a variety of life difficulties, including trauma and PTSD, relationship problems, overwhelming emotions, life transitions, and parenting issues. I specialize in a number of evidence-based and somatic (body-mind) psychotherapeutic techniques including:
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
