The truth is, you're a total badass who has been pushing through pain and difficulty most of your life. You've probably been to traditional talk therapy before and found it somewhat helpful, but you don't quite FEEL the change you were hoping for, or the symptoms came back a few months later. My work is guided by somatic trauma-informed modalities that focus on helping your overworked nervous system re-negotiate how it finds a sense of peace and safety.

The goal is to move from a place of knowing what's best for you into a place of naturally feeling and responding in supportive ways, without having to always will it to happen through thought alone. You don't have to keep fighting, alone and unseen. Healing is possible.
