I am passionate about helping Women, Black, and BIPOC folks heal their body image and relationships with food, cope with the stress associated with medical illness (or exacerbating it!), & create joyful & more fulfilling lives despite their medical concerns or struggles with chronic pain. My name is Jaryn Warren-Brown, and I can't wait to use my mental health and nutrition & wellness background to help you feel good again.
I use a whole-person approach, addressing your mind, body, and spirit. I teach coping skills, guide you in mindfulness or expressive art practices, help you explore and better align with your values, and learn how to create nutrition and wellness practices that nourish and support your healing.

MB-EAT: Mindfulness Based - Eating Awareness
The details: MB-EAT is a 12 week group training program that blends mindful eating with mindfulness meditation practices, didactic instruction, experiential exercises and self- reflection to cultivate awareness and a more balanced and positive relationship to eating and food. MB- EAT promotes self-compassion, self- awareness, and can help you put an end to mindless or emotional eating to heal your relationship with food.
