I believe in integrating the client's spiritual life with a family system approach to assist the client in the counseling process. I enjoy working along with clients while they navigate what is going on in their lives.
I work with many types of clients, but specialize in working with those dealing with PTSD, anxiety and depression. One of my favorite areas is working with young couples who desire to form a solid foundation for a life-long marriage.
I am Level 2 trained in EMDR, which is a treatment method that reprocesses memories that resolve unhealthy beliefs and unhealthy behaviors. EMDR is a therapy that allows you to weave the trauma into your life instead of the trauma controlling your life.
