I provide individual, couples and family counseling to treat mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss and addiction evidence based treatments including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Somatic and Polyvagal Therapy.
I work with sexual assault survivors, military veterans, families affected by natural disasters/mass shootings, loss and addiction. I provide mental health consultation services and evaluations for court/school/employment/service animal eligibility and discounted services to military veterans/first responders and single parent households.
