Effective treatment strengthens self-awareness, and the ability to cope and adapt to the unexpected, or factors beyond your control - all key to decreasing suffering, improving efficacy, and enhancing self-worth and connection.
I am a generalist trained clinical psychologist who treats a wide range of issues. I also specialize in work with adults navigating varied life transitions, uncertainty, or trauma (in relationships, career, identity, or family); marginalized populations (esp., sexual, gender, or racial minorities); and those who struggle with body image or disordered eating.
* I am licensed in both PA and NY. Additionally, I have been trained in EMDR. While based primarily in Philadelphia, I currently provide HIPAA compliant remote only Tele-therapy to both PA or NY residents who are seeking treatment. On a case by case basis, I will also occasionally treat those seeking Tele-therapy in any of the PSYPACT qualifying states.
