Hi! I'm Julie. I help adults and teens develop the skills to tackle life’s challenges so they can experience greater confidence, purpose and fulfillment. I believe everyone has the need to be heard and known. My desire is to provide a non-judgmental and welcoming space for clients to better understand themselves, experience healing, and gain tools for navigating relationships, work, and life.
My emphasis is holistic, drawing from cognitive-behavioral and experiential orientations, with a Christian worldview. I am EMDR Certified. Areas of focus include: trauma, grief & loss, dissociation, anxiety, depression, boundaries, relationship skills.
Life can be difficult and unpredictable. We all need someone to come alongside us in support from time to time. Reaching out for help can feel daunting, but that courageous act can start a new chapter in your life...one where you are holding the pen. I look forward to hearing your concerns, helping you uncover strengths and achieve your goals.
