My training is grounded in the interpersonal, creative and embodied approach of Gestalt Therapy. I am most drawn to the "here and now" experience of Gestalt, its support for self-responsibility, and how clients are empowered to identify and meet their own needs. I have training and experience in working with single-incident, complex, and attachment trauma.
