Choosing a therapist can often be difficult and overwhelming. By now you probably viewed at least five different therapists- give or take. So stop strolling and know that I am the right therapist for you. Wanna make sure? I would too. Most potential clients want to know how much experience I have providing therapy. Currently, I have over 15 years of experience and have worked in various clinical settings. Next, I provide individual, family, and couple's therapy. Every person is different and comes into therapy with their own unique culture, beliefs, and morals. As such I will provide and offer a non-judgmental space that will allow you to work through personal issues and areas that are in need of improvement. My specialty areas include couple's and family therapy, along with parenting classes as well.
I will help foster healthy communication to discuss difficult topics including sexual difficulties, infidelity, and parenting issues. My focus and desire is to help improve your connection and attachment.
