My therapeutic approach is person-centered and tailored to the individual’s needs.
I utilize evidence-based treatment models, specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I'm also clinically trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Constructed Awareness. I treat a wide variety of psychological issues in adults and adolescents from a trauma-informed perspective.
