Many of the clients I work with have faced challenges such as childhood trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, complex trauma, and other distressing experiences. I specialize in guiding women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s through the journey of healing from trauma using EMDR therapy.

In therapy we work together to lessen the impact of your traumatic memories, making them feel less overwhelming. My approach empowers you to confront and reshape the negative beliefs that stem from those experiences. By rewiring your brain in this way, we pave the path for embracing new, more positive core beliefs.
