I am passionate to work with issues related to grief, life changes, identity, spiritual crisis, self-awareness, assertiveness, relational conflict, communication, overcoming fears, anxiety, depression, vulnerability, shame/guilt, and other everyday life difficulties. I work with adults and provide pre-marital counseling.

Our relationship will be an empathetic and encouraging partnership, inclusive of your personal diversity, in which we both work to find the unique solutions that will be effective for you. If willing, I include a Christian foundation and/or creativity in the process.

I am a direct, transparent, and patient therapist willing to work at your pace. I am trained to include your faith perspective and work to utilize that uniquely to each person's preference. I conduct professional seminars on overcoming shame, coping with stress, and healthy relationships.
