We often use tools to help us cope, but sometimes these tools aren't enough. Whether you are managing generalized anxiety, panic attacks, peripartum anxiety, postpartum anxiety, or intrusive thoughts, anxiety is a complex and overwhelming emotion that affects nearly every aspect of our daily lives. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), my work incorporates evidence-based practices in an authentic environment where you, your insights, and your goals are valued.

Working together to understand the roots of anxiety while implementing tools to decrease the impact it has on your life will help you regain control and confidence in challenging situations. While the backbone of treatment is evidenced-based, a goal of our work together is to develop a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported, seen, and understood.

Sessions are a space where emotions and behaviors are explored to build understanding, all while working towards a happier and healthier you. Strengths, preferences, and personality are integrated for personalized treatment. As an active participant in therapy, your goals drive our work together.
