As a Certified EMDR and Sex Addiction Therapist, I work with individuals and couples. Trained by Pia Mellody, I specialize in childhood relational trauma, Trauma Workshops and Love Addiction Groups. Having Panic or Anxiety, I use Somatic & EMDR therapies to help you relax and bring your nervous system back in balance.

As a Trauma Therapist, I can provide you with therapies like EMDR, Somatic or Natural Processing to assist in bringing the trauma to resolution in the brain, and in the body, as well. The body has an innate drive towards completion; without this completion, clients can spiral into emotional distress and even pain.
