Beginning therapy can be an anxiety provoking decision due to the vulnerable place you find yourself when seeking counseling. I create a safe and trusting space, so my clients feel free to discuss any type of concern. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership, where great transformation can take place when one is ready. It takes courage to make that first step, but once you do, you will begin to create positive change in your life, feel better about yourself and the one's you love. I am a licensed psychologist, and an experienced therapist who also works at a major university in Orlando; both seeing clients, and teaching new therapist about the practice of psychotherapy. I have a private practice in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area. I see individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of issues or concerns. We will work on a plan that works best for you.
