I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and co-founder of Wise Womxn Wellness, a wellness collaborative passionate about empowering women of all ages & in all seasons of life. With experience as a birth doula, I also have a special interest in working with individuals and couples as they journey through reproductive matters- whether that be deciding whether and how to have children, struggling to have children, raising children, losing children, or deciding not to have children at all. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and exploring ways to support & heal both.
I collaborate with my clients, integrating their strengths, values, and passions to help them create a new and meaningful path for the future. I believe there are many ways to heal and offer various avenues to explore on the journey toward wellness. My passion for nature, yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda inform my practice.
