It is a privilege to come alongside clients as they tell their stories and help provide support as they reach their goals. As a therapist, I apply a client-centered, integrative approach towards counseling. My goal is to support and utilize a client's strengths in moving towards healing and growth.
It is my goal to ensure that clients are always given a warm, empathetic environment where they feel safe and heard. As a therapist I want to help client's uncover their strengths, accompany them on their journey of healing, and empower them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges, relationships, and experiences.
