My work focuses on helping people understand themselves in greater depth so they feel empowered to relate to themselves in a different way. It takes courage to look at yourself in depth, but doing so is necessary for lasting change. Together, we will get to the heart of why you see yourself the way you do.
Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, and body image concerns. I work a lot with individuals who struggle with eating disordered behavior and I am also passionate about providing affirming care to LGBTQIA+ individuals.
