I work with clients on issues such as stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related topics (including gender identity and expression), motivation, self confidence, life transitions, self-compassion, as well as trying to find meaning and purpose in life, facing climate change anxiety, coping with uncertainty/change, and existential concerns.
In addition to evidence-based practice, my work is informed by my background in studies of spiritual wisdom traditions. My work with clients involves deep listening, intuition, and empathy. Building trust is essential and I strive to create safety and am always receptive to feedback. I offer sessions in the office, online, as well as walking outdoors.
