I specialize in treating healthcare professionals who are struggling with trauma, grief, depression, burnout, impostor syndrome, moral injury, or a combination of symptoms. I have had the privilege of working with people all along their mental health journey. Wherever you are in your distress, I can meet you there to continue your progress towards recovery.
My treatment uses evidence-based interventions. I believe that these interventions work best in the context of a warm and caring therapeutic relationship in which your strengths are emphasized and honored. I am passionate about avoiding overpathologizing and focus on understanding symptoms within the context in which they appear.
I come from a medical family and have professional experience in hospital systems. I have experienced firsthand some of the stressors of healthcare work. But you are the expert on your life.
