More Than Boundaries Support Group
Boundaries...are they selfish? Are they controlling? What if people I love don't like my boundaries? How can I learn what is appropriate? I get it, it can feel overwhelming. Join a group of encouraging women beginning Monday, June 26th for a 10 week online support group introducing an exciting new take on setting and keeping healthy boundaries. The JUMPSTART TO HEALING trauma intensive is a one day, individualized, one-on-one counseling intensive for individuals in crisis needing immediate assistance, and for those who would like to get a head start in addressing relational trauma, such as abuse, neglect or other issues.Spaces are limited since this is one-on-one therapy with a trained relational therapist..
