I work to create a safe and open space where individuals can identify stuck points, gain new skills and improve how they feel. The goal of therapy is to feel better, to improve self-worth and value by exploring areas that have caused some issues with living your best life.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression as well as trauma and substance use. Individuals who feel overwhelmed due to daily stress will learn new ways to think about what has them "stuck" and how they can feel hope again by gaining new coping skills. I have a particular interest in working with women and those in rural and agriculture areas.
I can help you challenge negative self-talk and build skills to become the best version of yourself.
