Taking a collaborative goal oriented approach, I walk alongside each individual, couple and family in the process of finding healing from the past, peace in the present, and hope for the future.
I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I'm trained in Play Therapy and utilize play therapy techniques to effectively work with children and families. I'm also trained in Prepare Enrich premarital assessments, and have completed Level 3 training of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
As a wife, mother, and professional I know that relationships can be both rewarding and challenging, and that sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help navigate life.
