I fully attend to each client’s needs, interweaving clear presence with practiced skill. Using a relationship-focused approach, I focus sessions on a strong cognitive-behavioral framework. It is my goal to meet each client where they are on their life journey and nurture growth through your identified goals.
I have been trained in a range of modalities including mindfulness, play therapy, family therapy, and The Gottman Method. I primarily work with couples utilizing The Gottman Framework. However, I also provide sessions to individual adults focusing on: stress/anxiety management, self-esteem, conflict-resolution, and more!
