I specialize in meeting clients where they are at and challenging them to move forward in their future. True growth comes from pushing past your comfort zone to come out stronger on the other side.

I am a LPC with an expansive history working with addictions, dual diagnosis, veterans, life transitions, active duty, high functioning professionals. These past lines of work have been extremely helpful on creating a holistic approach to therapy.

I am an approved supervisor for the state of Virginia and look forward to connecting with residents and helping them attain licensure.
