I work with individual adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families to unlock potential, improve communication, and enhance a sense of closeness, balance and harmony in their lives. I assist clients in overcoming barriers to joy and fulfillment. When necessary and appropriate, I work closely with other professionals to provide a cohesive treatment approach.
In addition to individual, marital, and family counseling, I also provide custody evaluations to assist courts in understanding a particular child or family's needs. I provide co-parenting counseling for divorced parents who need support as they learn to manage the business of raising children.
I work with people of all ages and I strive to provide a safe, professional, confidential atmosphere. My office includes a children's room and one for adolescents and adults. My office is in a private building with easy parking and is close to downtown Asheville.
