Certified in EMDR, Brainspotting and Havening, as well as being an EMDR Consultant, I have found these therapies to be highly effective in helping my clients overcome their challenges of trauma as well as decreasing anxiety, reducing stress, and increasing self-esteem. I provide a safe environment where you can discuss life's issues without judgment.
My clients are individuals who recognize they need change in an area or two so they can live more fulfilling lives. Some just need a bit of coaching through a life transition or relationship problem. Others have larger challenges and need more intensive counseling or therapy.
