I am passionate about my work as a therapist. I frequently feel honored and humbled to facilitate and witness another's healing process. I sense we are trying to navigate our way the best we know how, and sometimes, when we get stuck, we need support from a fellow pilgrim. I am grateful to have been the beneficiary of therapy when grappling with my own inner turmoil and difficult relationships. I do not presume to know what is best for my clients. Instead, I hope to walk beside you to help you increasingly trust and embody your own inner support and wisdom. As clients do this work, they experience greater aliveness and creativity, and their relationship with self and others become expansive and more meaningful.
I enjoy working with couples, individuals and groups, and my style is calm, collaborative and non-judgmental. Gestalt Therapy Group - San Francisco
This gestalt group welcomes and builds upon a foundation of present moment awareness. Group members are invited to bring all parts of themselves and notice what emerges in the context of community and connection with others. Members are encouraged to: explore and build mindful awareness; notice how you’re supporting yourself and potentially experience community support; deepen contact with self and with others; notice and explore boundaries; sense what emerges when noticing differences in context of other group members; explore growth and change through experiential processes; witness others and build awareness of impact. People across an array of identities and life experiences are welcome.
