My work with my patients is grounded in compassion and curiosity. My goal is to help you bring those same qualities to your relationship with yourself so that together we can explore what keeps you from feeling a greater sense of contentment and fulfillment in your life. Through careful attention to the thoughts and feelings associated with your challenges, I can support you in finding the resources within yourself to make the changes you want and to live more freely.

I work with individuals facing a variety of obstacles, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and sexuality/gender identity issues. I strive to create a safe therapeutic alliance in which you will feel supported and challenged to begin experimenting with new ways of being that expand your choices for deeper satisfaction and connection.

My practice is affirming of all identities, including race, gender, sexuality, and religion, and I am sensitive to how any differences in identity can impact our work together. All are welcome.
