It can be overwhelming as a parent when our children & teens struggle with behaviors and emotions. My family-focused approach helps you and your child thrive through play therapy, traditional talk therapy, parent support, couples work, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also offer a place to prioritize your own mental health as well as the health of relationships with loved ones. Counseling gives us space to reflect on what we can control while practicing new ways to improve our lives. My background is in school counseling, motherhood, & foster care/adoption. I am dedicated to positive child development and strengthening families!
I specialize in working with children and teenagers to help them manage stress, increase self-esteem, and address behavioral issues. You will come into a confidential space to improve your relationships, foster open communication, practice conflict resolution, and deepen emotional connections. Improvements are seen in 3 to 6 sessions in many cases.
I am a parent to three and wife that prays daily. I know you are hurting and want better for yourself or your child.
