Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for working with adolescents and adults. I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families dealing with grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, and various other personal concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and other behavioral challenges. I am committed to working with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ or anyone questioning or exploring their gender identity.
I am trained in therapeutic processes treating PTSD and complex trauma including EMDR. Some of the modalities I utilize for treatment are cognitive behavioral therapy, radically open dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy.
